If sending a tap part ensure you send the valve and handle and any shield or cover (and on some taps there is a head carrier or adaptor between the valve and handle).
The valve only or handle only are of little use to us alone.
If sending a diverter ensure the diverter valve and handle/knob are sent to us.
Also ensure that any components (i.e. Tap valve and or handle and or diverter and or control knob and or nipple in the end of a shower hose etc.) can be easily taken apart (and are not rusted together).
We will send you an address label once you have placed an order for this service.
The part must not exceed 1.5kg and the lost insurance cover for any loss is £50.00 (if you need further cover or the weight is over 1.5kg please advise, by email to spares@lunns.ltd).
We have over 250 different tap valves/cartridges in stock, many sizes of shower hose and samples of various diverters so feel that we can match up almost any part out there, however from time to time we come across a valve or diverter we cannot match up, in such cases the service charge is not refundable. We will return the part /parts to you without further charge (assuming the part is under 1.5kg and you accept that the insurance cover for any in transit up to £50.00).
N.B. The valves etc. we find to replace your part(s) will be chargeable and we will send you a link for further payment of those parts.
